Today, Profol is a leading company in the manufacture of cast polypropylene films. In the beginning it primarily served the office products industry, which systematically converted their products from the use of PVC to polypropylene films. Today polypropylene prevails in more and more applications, such as the flexible packaging market, graphics and printing and the furniture industry. Profol advances the application and use of polypropylene with the introduction of innovative product designs and repeatedly develops individual solutions for the unique product requirements of its customers.

Profol currently employs about 400 employees worldwide with an annual turnover of approx. 180 million Euro. Plants in Europe, Asia and USA display manufacturing capabilities of nearly 100,000 tons annually.
