PROFOL KUNSTSTOFFE GMBH has acquired with effect from 27.07.2012 the affiliated company Renolit Czech S.r.o. in Most of RENOLIT SE.

As market leader in the production of Cast-Polypropylene Film we complete with this acquisition our actual product portfolio and extend our international presence in the market.

At the same time RENOLIT SE stops the marketing of all transparent and opaque PP-films for the stationery market.

In future the production of PP-film for indexes and opaque film for the stationery market will be made in the Profol facilities.

June 1st, 2011 - Technofol Kunststoffe GmbH in Harbke, Germany (formerly Thermocell) became part of the Profol Group. Technofol specializes in producing non-PVC furniture films.

March, 2011 our Guangzhou, China facility was successfully awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification.

The DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized norm defining the requirements of an effective quality management program.
