Sustainable sealing
CPPeel® is our innovative lidding film, which together with cups or trays made of polypropylene represents an easy and safe mono-material solution. It is the best choice for packaging manufacturers to seal food packaging in a peelable way.
Our lidding film is perfect for sealing injection moulded and thermoformed PP cups. It consists of 100% PP with a printable top layer, a strong core layer and a peelable sealing layer.
CPPeel® is safe, food-safe and easy to open. In addition, our lidding film is fully recyclable and has no performance differences compared to other materials.
CPPeel® ®, in combination with polypropylene cups or trays, is the perfect mono-material solution for all converters and packaging manufacturers.

Why CPPeel®?
CPPeel® enables excellent seal and peel properties without additional solvent-based heat-sealing lacquer. The surface of our lidding film is perfectly suitable for printing with brilliant and colour-fast designs. For the consumer, the packaging design is often the decisive factor when making a purchase.
CPPeel® can be used efficiently in packaging machines and allows fast cycle times. Profol has been working with machine manufacturers and fillers for years. We are also available as a competent partner to make the changeover as simple and efficient as possible.
4x better CO2-balance than aluminum lids
In addition to the CO2 balance, the recyclability of cups with aluminum lids is also a problem. If only a small residue of aluminum remains on the cup, it is no longer recyclable and valuable raw materials are lost. This is different with our mono-material solution CPPeel® + PP cups.
