Ready to recycle: >95% PP high barrier monomaterial pouch
In collaboration with Jindal Europe, Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging, Borealis and Mitsui Chemicals, a new mono-material laminate with the highest recyclability has been created.
The full PP packaging solution offers long shelf life for highly oxygen and moisture sensitive food products while providing an attractive product presentation on the shelf.
Based on BOPP and Cast PP films the product is laminated using an extrusion lamination process. This combines the best recyclability and excellent sealing properties.
The use of our Cast PP films guarantees high seal strength, excellent mechanical performance and easy recycling of the complete packaging. Low SIT (seal initiation temperatures) allow high cycle rates.
Our Cast PP films can be used in a variety of PP mono-material packaging solutions such as sachets, stand-up pouches and flow-packs.
