Profol E-Charging Stations

In Halfing, we have installed four charging stations with two charging points each since 13 January 2023. In June 2024, four more charging stations were added, each with two charging points.

These stations are highly frequented, as both our employees and visitors use this green resource.Our fleet in Halfing comprises 13 electric or hybrid vehicles out of a total of 23 vehicles, making our charging infrastructure indispensable.

Harbke has been equipped with two charging stations since December 2022, which are mainly intended for visitors.

Grei put its charging station into operation on 24 January 2021. A personal service vehicle (PDW) is also already in use as an electric vehicle in Greiz.

In Halfing, the charging stations are regularly used by 12 personal company cars and 13 private electric vehicles.

Visitors can also conveniently charge their vehicles with a guest card. Since commissioning, our location in Halfing has charged 46,540 kWh of electricity, which is enough for a total of around 233,000 kilometres. The charging station in Greiz has used 19,966 kWh of electricity so far, which corresponds to a range of around 99,900 kilometres. These impressive figures reflect the enthusiastic acceptance of electric vehicle technology by our employees and our commitment to supporting this change.

Our commitment does not end here. This month, we doubled the number of charging points in Halfing to a total of eight, bringing the total number of charging points to 16. This expansion ensures that we can meet the increasing demand for charging stations and support both our employees and visitors in their transition to a more sustainable future.
